An excellent salad to add to a delicious meal or chuck into a sandwich.You can read more about this salad over on the blog. But the overall process is as simple as washing and grating all of the vegetables, throwing them into a large mixing bowl and adding the dressing.The dressing is not overwhelming, just add salt, olive oil, white vinegar and lemon juice.I hope you try it. It's scrumptious!

We have been getting lots of musrooms in our veggie orders so I thought paired with some beef, cooked into a stew would be perfection.You dont need any fancy ingredients. Just some root veggies, meat, mushrooms, can of chopped tomatoes, stock and seasonings. I love to use bay leaves.I think it tastes best over a bed of mash potatoes. Yummm!
